Project requirements, prices, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins, and additional requests outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

All completed creative work remains subject to the agreed payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Webminds Advanced Limited retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio and promotional materials for business purposes. Clients retain ownership of their original materials, while ownership or licensing of the final creative work will be determined by the specific agreement between the client and Webminds Advanced Limited.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or commercially use work that has not been fully paid for or licensed to them. We make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within agreed timelines, but delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery dates.

Webminds Advanced Limited will make reasonable efforts to provide quality services but does not guarantee that every creative solution will achieve a specific commercial, marketing, or financial result. We will not be liable for losses resulting from the misuse of delivered materials, inaccurate information supplied by a client, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any concerns regarding a delivered project should be communicated to us within a reasonable period so that we can review and, where appropriate, make corrections in accordance with the agreed project terms. These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically, and continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
